Upcoming workshop
Celebrating our lives and impermanence
A workshop on making the most of now and acknowledging that life is finite
Saturday 4th May 1:30-5:30pm, £38
Unity Centre, Friars Walk, Lewes
Have you ever considered what your funeral would look like? Or what people would say about you when you die? Come along to this inquisitive and life-affirming workshop to explore this and many other big questions in a safe space with like-minded people. Our aim is for you to feel supported to share and discuss things that we don’t often have an opportunity to in everyday life. We hope that you will walk away feeling more inspired about your life and more comfortable with your own inevitable death.
Included in this workshop, will be gentle movement, guided meditation, reflection on life and death, legacy, death-cleansing, de-cluttering and letting go.
“Death smiles at us all, all a person can do is smile back.” Marcus Aurelius.
This workshop will be suitable for those who are interested in chatting about their own life and death. Please note: This is not counselling or a grief workshop and therefore may not be suitable for those who are recently bereaved. Get in touch with Jane if you wish to know more by visiting her website celebrantjane.uk
